This past week, Derrek and I took a break from the water to attend a Polt family wedding in Austin, Texas. Derrek's cousin, Lauren, married her boyfriend of 8 years, Ken, in a beautiful ceremony with a fun reception afterwards.



While in Austin, Derrek and I enjoyed their world famous food truck cuisine searching for ideas to bring back with us for charters. Authentic Mexican at Torchy's Tacos and gourmet donuts from Gourdoughs have been a great start so far!
